The role involves managing and scaling paid acquisition campaigns across a portfolio of B2C subscription products for a remote-first product company specializing in SaaS, AI-powered solutions, and consumer web and mobile applications. Each product operates independently with its own product, engineering, and growth teams.
The company prioritizes data-driven decision-making and focuses on building sustainable growth engines rather than short-term wins.
The Role
This is a highly hands-on, execution-focused position for someone deeply experienced in Google Ads. You will:
- Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple B2C subscription products.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for key metrics: CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, ROMI, LTV.
- Run structured A/B testing across keywords, ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Monitor account health, budget pacing, and campaign performance daily.
- Collaborate with the Data Engineer on tracking, attribution, and reporting accuracy.
- Stay updated on Google Ads policy changes and platform updates.
- Work closely with the founder on strategy and campaign direction.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
- Hands-on experience running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for B2C digital products.
- Experience in B2C SaaS, AI-powered, or consumer subscription businesses.
- A deep understanding of Google Ads account management, compliance, policies, and platform best practices.
- Comfort working with data in Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL and making decisions based on performance metrics.
- Experience with subscription-based or recurring revenue products, ideally for the US market.
- A detail-oriented mindset and a passion for campaign-level execution.
- Proficiency in English communication.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Bing Ads.
- A background in performance-driven companies within the subscription or mobile app space.
- Experience working closely with data/analytics teams on tracking and attribution.
