About the Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who knows that launching a campaign is only the beginning.

You'll be responsible for helping campaigns perform—monitoring the numbers, spotting what's working (and what isn't), and making the changes that improve results.

You'll work across paid advertising, email, and SMS marketing, collaborating with writers, designers, and project managers to get campaigns launched and continuously optimized.

The businesses and industries you support may vary. What doesn't change is the expectation: don't just launch campaigns. Pay attention to what happens next and use the data to make them better.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
  • Adjust budgets, targeting, and campaign settings based on performance
  • Work with writers and designers to prepare ad copy and creative, then evaluate how those assets perform
  • Build and send email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo or Mailchimp
  • Test subject lines, timing, messaging, and other campaign variables to improve engagement
  • Review campaign performance regularly and turn the numbers into clear actions and recommendations
  • Use ChatGPT or similar AI tools to create ad variations and speed up execution, while applying your own judgment to determine what should actually run
  • Coordinate with content, design, and project management teams to keep campaigns moving and launches on schedule
  • Flag performance issues early and make recommendations before a campaign problem becomes a bigger one

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally managing campaigns from setup through optimization
  • Demonstrated experience running paid advertising campaigns in:
    • Meta Ads Manager
    • Google Ads
    • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Experience using Klaviyo or Mailchimp for email and/or SMS campaigns
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere for basic creative edits and asset preparation
  • Strong written English, since you'll be working with marketing copy and customer-facing communications
  • Comfortable working with campaign performance data and using it to determine what to test or change
  • Experience with ChatGPT or similar AI tools is expected
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, SEMrush, basic HTML/CSS for email templates, or additional video editing skills is a plus, but not required

The Kind of Person Who Will Do Well Here

You're someone who doesn't need to be told that a campaign is underperforming before you notice it.

You pay attention to the numbers, ask questions when something doesn't look right, and are comfortable making adjustments based on what the data is telling you.

You can work across different channels and aren't afraid to get hands-on—whether that's adjusting an ad campaign, testing an email subject line, reviewing creative, or pulling together a quick performance summary.

You also take ownership of your work. If something is going to miss a deadline or a campaign isn't performing as expected, you communicate early rather than waiting for someone else to discover it.

A few practical things matter too:

  • Reliable internet—you need to be online and available during campaign launches and client calls
  • Consistent and reliable attendance
  • Strong ownership of deadlines and deliverables
  • Clear communication when priorities or timelines change
  • The ability to work independently without constant follow-up
