The Law Offices of Sabrina Li, P.C. is a leading, full-service U.S. immigration law firm with offices in Los Angeles, Pasadena, Santa Ana, and Dallas, as well as international operations across Asia, Africa, and Central and South America. We are dedicated to helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate complex legal challenges with skill, compassion, and integrity.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized, execution-oriented, and tech-savvy operations professional to serve as Operations Manager, reporting directly to our Chief Operating Officer (COO), and supporting the firm's internal operations, business development initiatives, and operational excellence.
In this role, you will help turn the COO's priorities into action — improving systems, building scalable processes, implementing automation, and ensuring operational initiatives are executed efficiently and consistently. You will work across multiple areas of the firm, including operations, finance, business development, marketing, HR, vendor management, and client experience, to keep projects on track and support the firm's continued growth.
You will also supervise the firm's administrative and support staff, support recruitment and onboarding efforts, and contribute to performance management and team accountability. Working closely with the COO and firm leadership, you will play a key role in strengthening our people, systems, and processes while driving ongoing operational efficiency.
If you enjoy solving operational challenges, building scalable systems, leveraging AI and technology to improve workflows, and taking ownership of projects from concept to completion, you will thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the COO in executing strategic initiatives, overseeing day-to-day operations, and coordinating cross-functional projects to keep priorities, deadlines, and deliverables on track.
- Build, implement, document, and continuously improve operational workflows, SOPs, systems, and internal processes, ensuring adherence to firm policies and standards.
- Monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement through AI, automation, and technology-driven solutions.
- Develop scalable systems and optimize workflows within monday.com and other business platforms to improve efficiency, consistency, accountability, and employee experience.
- Support referral partnerships, networking initiatives, marketing efforts, client engagement, firm events, and other business development activities, while identifying opportunities to strengthen strategic partnerships and improve client experience.
- Maintain and optimize the firm's CRM system to support lead management, client communications, reporting, and long-term business growth.
- Supervise the firm's administrative and support staff, providing coaching, operational guidance, and performance support.
- Support recruitment through candidate pipeline management, interviewing, onboarding, and new hire integration, partnering with HR and the COO to ensure consistent execution of people-related policies and processes.
- Drive employee accountability, support performance management, and contribute to ongoing professional development initiatives.
- Support financial and operational reporting, budgeting initiatives, performance tracking, and operational documentation on behalf of the COO.
- Manage vendor relationships, software subscriptions, office resources, operational contracts, and expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Law Offices of Sabrina Li
View Company ProfileThe Law Offices of Sabrina Li is a premier, boutique immigration law firm, federal litigation advocate, and comprehensive legal infrastructure provider engineered to operate as the definitive procedural and advocacy layer for U.S. immigration and nationality law. The firm completely eliminates the severe systemic friction of modern immigration navigation—where individuals, multinational corporations, and research organizations face highly complex regulatory barriers, severe back-office processing delays, unexpected inadmissibility challenges, and rigid removal proceedings—by deploying a tech-forward, personalized legal framework. Moving far beyond traditional, siloed legal consultancies, the practice natively unifies comprehensive family-based petitions, robust corporate and employment-based visas (such as EB-2 and TN), investor visa structures, automated removal defense workflows, and complex waiver resolutions (including I-601A, I-212, and I-192) into a highly unified client execution stack. With over 50 years of combined legal experience and industry recognition—including consecutive \"Rising Star\" designations from Super Lawyers Magazine—the firm empowers thousands of global citizens and scaling businesses to secure lawful status, resolve historical compliance issues, and navigate federal court litigations with elite, data-backed precision. Under the hood, its sophisticated operational core natively orchestrates advanced cloud-based case management software, multi-tiered multilingual support workflows (fluent across English, Chinese, Cantonese, Spanish, and Taiwanese), and meticulous evidence aggregation pipelines designed to accelerate processing velocity. What sets the Law Offices of Sabrina Li apart is its uncompromising dedication to replacing administrative legal guesswork with absolute strategic clarity; by bridging the gap between rigorous, performance-intensive federal guidelines and human-centric client experiences, the firm enables aspiring global talent and commercial organizations to clear critical regulatory bottlenecks and secure long-term immigration success.
