Als Nederlands Sprekende Klantenservicemedewerker Betaalplatform in Griekenland help jij klanten met hun financiële vragen bij een innovatief FinTech-bedrijf, waarbij je geniet van een volledig verzorgd relocatiepakket en een uitmuntende balans tussen werk en privé.
Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden
- Verlenen van eerstelijns ondersteuning aan klanten van een vooraanstaand betaalplatform.
- Oplossen van uiteenlopende vragen over digitale transacties, accountbeveiliging en betalingsprocessen.
- Waarborgen van de hoogste kwaliteit klanttevredenheid binnen een strikte FinTech-compliance omgeving.
- Adviseren van klanten over het optimaal gebruik van de nieuwste betaaltechnologieën.
- Nauwkeurig bijhouden van klantgegevens en interacties in ons geavanceerde CRM-systeem.
- Samenwerken met internationale teams om continu de dienstverlening te verbeteren.
- Signaleren van trends in klantvragen om bij te dragen aan productoptimalisatie binnen het betaalplatform.
