Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, managing inquiries regarding digital payment transactions and financial accounts.
• Provide expert troubleshooting for users navigating the platform’s high-security FinTech infrastructure.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy when processing payments, refunds, and account verification protocols.
• Collaborate with internal FinTech teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Ensure compliance with all data protection and financial security regulations required in the global banking sector.
• Educate customers on new digital banking features and platform security enhancements to encourage engagement.
• Represent the FinTech brand with the highest degree of professionalism and efficiency during every interaction.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in the fast-paced FinTech industry.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for the end user.
• Residence in or willingness to relocate to Greece for this exciting opportunity.
