Companies in the Everfield ecosystem follow a decentralised model, maintaining their team, brand, and offices, while focusing on product development and customer support. Everfield supports talent acquisition, HR, and offers access to experts in building and growing European B2B SaaS companies, covering financial and operational topics. Founded in 2022, Everfield has an ecosystem presence in 7 countries and is expanding.
About SoCom
SoCom Informationssysteme is a leading provider of innovative software solutions for the laundry industry. Their ERP software, along with associated app and web solutions, revolutionizes textile services by enabling fully digital, resource-efficient, and sustainable production and logistics. With over 350 customers in 21 countries, SoCom is the market leader in the German-speaking region.
Since 2023, SoCom Informationssysteme has been part of Everfield. The company’s headquarters are located in Krumbach, Southern Germany, with a second office in Bengtsfors, Sweden.
As part of the sales team, you will engage with customers in the Nordics about the added value of SoCom’s solutions in the textile services industry, not just about features. As an International Sales Manager Nordics, you will play a key role in driving the company forward by acquiring and supporting customers in the laundry and textile services sector.
What you will do
New business in the Nordics: Identify and win new customers across Sweden and the wider Nordic region. Help shape the go-to-market approach for the region together with the Head of Sales.
Full sales cycle ownership: Run deals end-to-end, from first outreach and discovery through proposals, demos, and closing.
Negotiation: Lead proposal and contract negotiations, balancing customer needs with commercial targets.
Account growth: Build long-term relationships with Nordic customers and spot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
Customer feedback: Collect customer input and pass it on to Product and Support so the solution keeps improving.
Market insight: Keep track of the Nordic market and competitors, and use insights to find new opportunities.
Industry presence: Represent the company at trade fairs and build a strong network in the Nordic laundry and textile services industry with both new and existing customers.
Reporting: Report regularly to the Head of Sales on pipeline, revenue, customer relationships, and customer satisfaction.
The role includes regular travel to customers in the Nordics and to trade fairs.
What we are looking for
This is a hands-on, mid-level sales role reporting to the Head of Sales. It suits someone with solid B2B software sales experience who is ready to own a region, not someone looking for a sales leadership position.
Must-haves:
At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling software, SaaS, or ERP solutions.
A track record of owning the full sales cycle and closing deals yourself, from prospecting to signature.
Comfort with ERP or business software, and the ability to explain technical solutions clearly to customers.
Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written. German is a plus.
Strong communication skills, empathy, and a good sense for what customers need.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in the laundry, textile services, or a related industry.
Experience opening or growing a new market, particularly in Sweden or the Nordics.
German language skills, since you will work closely with a German-speaking team.
Recruiting process:
TA screen (30 minutes)
Hiring team interview (60 minutes)
CEO executive chat (60 minutes)
