Inbound Sales Agent (Remote)

You'll handle inbound calls, chats, and web enquiries from people who already have a need, understand what they're after, recommend the right option, and close. No cold lists—the interest is already there.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert inbound enquiries into sales across phone, chat, and email
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Process orders and payments accurately
• Follow up on open quotes and unconverted enquiries
• Record every interaction in the CRM

What You'll Need

• Experience in a sales or contact centre role with a conversion target
• Confident spoken and written English
• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
• Accuracy when handling order and payment details
• A quiet home workspace and stable fibre connection

Nice to Have

• Experience selling to UK customers
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
• Upselling or cross-selling experience

• R23 000 – R25 000 per month, paid monthly
• 100% remote—work from anywhere in South Africa
• 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday
