DATAMARK, Inc. is excited to announce an opening for a German Language Interpreter to join our committed team. This position is ideal for those who have a passion for language and culture and are dedicated to facilitating clear communication. As a German Language Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in bridging language barriers, ensuring that clients receive the highest standard of service through accurate and culturally sensitive interpretations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate interpretation between German and English in various settings, including meetings, conferences, and one-on-one interactions.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics throughout all interpretation sessions.
- Show cultural sensitivity and adapt interpretations to suit the audience and context effectively.
- Stay informed about industry-specific terminology and language developments to enhance interpretation quality.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure that clients' needs are met with excellence and professionalism.
- Engage in continuous learning and training to improve your skills and stay current in the field.
Requirements
- Fluency in both German and English with exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in interpretation or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong active listening and comprehension skills to accurately convey messages.
- Cultural awareness and understanding relevant to German-speaking communities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Adherence to ethical standards and commitment to respect client confidentiality.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on client needs.
Benefits
- Working days : 5 days (2 rotational week off)
- Job Type: Full-time (Work From Home)
- Salary upto : 7.87 LPA
- Other allowance : Overtime pay, Mediclaim (Covers the Employee, Parents, Spouse & 2 kids from the first day of employment) & other Incentives based on performance.
