Full-stack Developer

As a Full-stack Developer, you will contribute across the entire stack: frontend, backend, APIs, and DevOps. You will implement features from conception to deployment, ensuring secure, maintainable, and scalable solutions. You will help integrate data from multiple systems, develop APIs, and support the team in building robust digital services.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and maintain backend services with .NET Core and Azure Functions.

• Build RESTful APIs and integration layers for backend systems.

• Contribute to front-end development using Svelte.js/SvelteKit (without design ownership).

• Connect APIs to relational (MSSQL) and time-series databases (InfluxDB, TimescaleDB).

• Develop scalable ETL workflows and data pipelines, including big data throughput.

• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring solutions.

• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to shared documentation.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of business context by taking ownership of the OnePortal product and actively contributing to its continuous improvement and enhancements.

• Ensure a broad perspective on how solutions fit within the wider Business Unit and IT ecosystem, thinking beyond the immediate scope of the portal.

• Develop functional, scalable APIs and data pipelines with strong test coverage.

• Ensure secure and maintainable code across frontend and backend.

• Develop infrastructure scripts and CI/CD pipelines following DevOps principles.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

• Proven experience as a Full-stack Developer.

• Typically, 5+ years of professional software development experience, ideally including enterprise/corporate environments. Proven track record in full-stack technologies and practices.

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, .NET Core, and SQL/NoSQL databases.

• Knowledge of cloud-based services, preferably Azure.

• Experience with Git workflows, Agile collaboration, and automated testing.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud certifications (Azure preferred).

• Experience with ETL/data workflows and time-series data.

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
