For one of our clients, we are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join a growing international Product team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the beginning of their product career who wants to contribute to the discovery, development, and delivery of a world-class lottery platform and gaming experiences used by customers worldwide.

You will work closely with Product Managers and collaborate across Operations, Customer Support, Engineering, QA, Design, and other business teams. The role focuses on improving operator workflows, player support journeys, back-office tools, automation, and operational processes.

Our partners are industry leaders and a trusted partner to more than 60 lotteries worldwide, known for their high-quality instant ticket products, licensed games, retail merchandising solutions, and continuous innovation.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with Operations, Customer Support, and other stakeholders to understand operational challenges and player support journeys

  • Identify pain points and opportunities to improve internal tools, workflows, and business processes

  • Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Design teams to understand system behavior and translate business needs into clear product requirements

  • Analyze operational workflows and production issues to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation and optimization

  • Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product documentation

  • Support Product Managers with product discovery, requirements gathering, backlog management, and feature delivery

  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies

  • Monitor product performance and gather feedback from operators, support teams, and business stakeholders

  • Use data, customer feedback, operational insights, and system knowledge to validate problems and assess potential solutions

  • Help measure the impact of product improvements and identify opportunities for further development

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience working with software products in product management, product ownership, business analysis, design, testing, or a similar capacity

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant field

  • Experience writing or refining user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements

  • Strong technical curiosity and confidence working with software systems, integrations, APIs, workflows, and business processes

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and customer insights to support product decisions

  • Ability to understand complex processes and turn them into clear, actionable improvements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a willingness to take initiative

  • Adaptability and confidence working with changing priorities, ambiguity, and uncertainty

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to workflow orchestration platforms such as Camunda

  • Experience with process automation tools, business configuration, or system integrations

  • Understanding of the lottery, gaming, or other regulated industries

  • Previous experience in a call center, Customer Support, Operations, or back-office environment

  • Experience working with international and cross-functional product teams
