7AI is the foundational AI security company, founded in 2024 by Cybereason co-founders Lior Div and Yonatan Striem-Amit. Backed by $166 million in funding, they aim to revolutionize security operations with AI agents, SIEM, threat hunting, and intelligence, all while maintaining human oversight.

Most of the market doesn’t yet recognize AI’s capability to handle core SOC work. As Field Marketing Manager, you’ll design and scale regional demand generation programs to drive pipeline and revenue growth. Your role involves:

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute regional field marketing programs aligned with pipeline and revenue goals.
• Plan and deliver high-impact events, including executive dinners, roundtables, trade shows, and webinars.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to engage target accounts and accelerate deal closures.
• Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for high-value prospects.
• Launch multi-channel campaigns across field, digital, and partner channels.
• Leverage AI-driven tools to personalize outreach and optimize campaign performance.
• Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
• Support co-marketing initiatives with partners, customers, and industry communities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in field marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing, preferably in cybersecurity.
• Experience in event-driven pipeline generation and regional marketing programs.
• Strong collaboration skills with sales teams to drive deal acceleration.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with high ownership and execution.
• Analytical mindset with experience in measuring campaign performance and ROI.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Comfort experimenting with AI tools in marketing workflows.
