Healthcare organizations face intense compliance pressure, often managed ineffectively with scattered tools, manual tracking, and fragmented records. Compliance has become a secondary burden rather than a structured program.
Compliancy Group aims to change this by offering a platform for healthcare compliance programs. Their system consolidates all elements of a compliance program—purpose-built software, proprietary conformance scoring, and ongoing access to compliance advisors—into one connected system. This allows organizations to simplify requirements, gain real-time visibility into risk areas, operate with confidence, and be defensible when necessary. Compliancy Group doesn’t just sell a tool; they build a program with you, ensuring your organization has the structure, evidence, and expertise to lead compliance rather than merely survive it.
Our Audit Manager solution focuses on medical billing and coding audits. We are seeking an Account Executive to grow the Audit Manager business. This role combines two key strengths: an understanding of medical billing and coding, and the ability to execute a successful sales process. While certification as a coder isn’t required, you must speak the language of revenue cycle leaders and comprehend why audit readiness is crucial to them. If you have experience selling in the revenue cycle space and are passionate about providing a solution that genuinely benefits providers, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Own the entire sales cycle for Audit Manager, from prospecting and discovery to demo, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline by sourcing prospects strategically, targeting practice administrators, revenue cycle leaders, compliance officers, and coding managers.
- Conduct discovery conversations that identify underlying coding and billing risks and connect them to the financial and compliance impacts on the organization.
- Deliver clear, confident demos that demonstrate how Audit Manager integrates into a customer’s revenue cycle workflow.
- Collaborate with the BDR team, sales engineering, and Customer Success to ensure every new client starts off on the right foot.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HubSpot activity to ensure pipeline and forecast data reflect real-world progress.
- Stay informed about current coding and billing trends, payer audit activities, and the competitive landscape to speak with authority in every conversation.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of closing experience as an Account Executive, with a proven track record of hitting quota.
- Experience selling to healthcare organizations, particularly within revenue cycle management (RCM), medical billing, coding, or healthcare IT.
- A practical understanding of medical billing and coding concepts (such as CPT, ICD-10, claims, and denials). Advanced knowledge isn’t required, but you must have genuine familiarity.
- Strong discovery and demo skills: you ask insightful questions before pitching and tailor demos based on what you’ve learned.
- Experience handling deal sizes in the $5K to $75K range and navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Salesloft, or Outreach.
- A collaborative mindset: you care about the success of your teammates as much as your own.
Bonus Points
- Experience selling for an RCM, coding audit, clearinghouse, or practice management company.
- A background in coding or billing, such as holding a CPC or CCS certification or having hands-on experience in revenue cycle work before transitioning into sales.
What Compliancy Group Offers
- Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing development focused on both the platform and sales strategies.
- Full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company match, and unlimited PTO.
- A remote-first role with the option to meet in person at key moments.
- A transparent, collaborative culture that invests in its people and takes its work seriously.
