Action1 is an autonomous patch management platform trusted by Fortune 500 companies, offering cloud-native, scalable, and highly secure solutions with no functional limits for the first 200 endpoints. It eliminates routine work, reduces ransomware risks, and protects the digital employee experience through real-time vulnerability assessment and remediation—without requiring a VPN.
In 2026, Action1 was named the fastest-growing founder-led cybersecurity company in America on the Inc. 5000 list. Founded by industry veterans Alex Vovk and Mike Walters, the company grew from Netwrix, a multibillion-dollar cybersecurity firm.
We are seeking a Dev Manager to lead the engineering team responsible for integrations between our product and external systems, including the Integrations Store. You will combine engineering leadership with hands-on technical expertise to deliver secure, reliable integrations that align with customer workflows.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a team of engineers, providing technical direction, mentoring, and regular feedback.
- Own delivery outcomes within agreed scope, provide practical estimates, and manage capacity and priority tradeoffs.
- Delegate ownership to engineers and team leads, focusing on no more than three clearly defined areas as the team scales.
- Collaborate with Product Management to define priorities, plan delivery, and translate customer needs into integration capabilities.
- Oversee design, development, and maintenance of integrations, including:
- Connectors to third-party applications and services.
- An Integrations Store for discovering and managing integrations.
- Data mapping, validation, and synchronization between systems.
- Authentication, authorization, and secure credential handling.
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and recovery from integration failures.
- Guide technical decisions from solution design through production rollout, coordinating cross-cutting architecture and security decisions.
- Establish reusable integration patterns for retries, rate limits, duplicate events, and API version changes.
- Own automated pipelines for building, testing, validating, and deploying integrations.
- Improve integration reliability, performance, and observability, and resolve production issues.
- Coordinate with other engineering teams and external partners to manage dependencies.
- Apply AI technologies to improve integration development, testing, or support with validated outputs.

Action1
View Company ProfileAction1 is a premier, enterprise-grade autonomous endpoint management platform engineered to orchestrate massive-scale patch management and vulnerability remediation ecosystems. Operating as a cloud-native, high-security hub, the company eliminates the operational friction of traditional, legacy RMM and VPN-dependent management models—which frequently suffer from latency, fragmented visibility across distributed networks, and slow update-cycles—by seamlessly deploying advanced peer-to-peer patch distribution telemetry, rigorous real-time vulnerability assessment architectures, and cohesive cross-OS software deployment frameworks. Moving beyond rigid legacy IT management paradigms, Action1 empowers global enterprises, MSPs, and distributed IT teams to dynamically synchronize their operating system and third-party application patching, remote-support, and compliance-reporting pipelines with elite, scalable, and audit-ready execution. Under the hood, their sophisticated proprietary operational infrastructure—built on a foundation of ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified security—natively manages complex global endpoint ingestion, instantaneous vulnerability-routing, and automated policy-enforcement workflows, providing the necessary operational foundation to support the modern, remote-first global workforce. What sets Action1 apart is its uncompromising dedication to frictionless endpoint-orchestration; by bridging the gap between highly technical, performance-intensive security demands and accessible, high-velocity autonomous interfaces, the firm empowers modern IT organizations to radically accelerate their mean-time-to-remediate (MTTR) velocity, eliminate systemic security-bottlenecks, and build an unassailable foundation for continuous commercial and institutional dominance in the modern, AI-transformed global-cybersecurity landscape.
