You will support company goals by accelerating brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth while steering clear of competitive gridlock.

Ultimately, you will play a pivotal role in shaping marketing strategies that promote core solutions, elevate customer engagement, and establish a highly differentiated market position.
Objectives and Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, content, events, trade shows, and traditional channels to reach and engage the target audience.
- Develop strategies to improve conversion rates at each stage of the funnel, from awareness and consideration to lead capture and handoff to Sales.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, and overall pipeline growth.
- Create compelling stories, establishing messaging and content that effectively communicates the value of company solutions to the target audience.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing communications and touchpoints.
- Measure and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign data, and optimize marketing spend to maximize profitability and overall effectiveness.
The Ideal Profile:
- Campaign Management: Proven success designing and managing end-to-end B2B or B2G marketing campaigns that directly impact lead generation quality, client acquisition velocity, brand consistency, budget profitability, and overall revenue pipeline growth.
- Digital Marketing Domain Depth: Strong understanding of digital marketing execution, including content marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- AI Fluency: Hands-on experience utilizing advanced AI tools for market research, content drafting, asset optimization, and data analysis.
- Strategic and Creative Communication: Advanced ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives tailored to different target audiences.
- Platform and Tool Proficiency: High technical proficiency in core marketing infrastructure, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Collaboration: Ability to build strong bridges between Product, Sales, and Marketing, valuing collective wins over individual airtime.
- Funnel and Data Optimization: Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign metrics, use data to tell actionable story lines, and improve campaign performance.
- Account-Based Marketing: Experience with ABM strategy, target account expansion, and campaign execution.
