Reporting directly to the Product Director of App Services, you will be the ultimate traffic controller for technology that directly impacts emergency response times, first responder safety, and global transit efficiency. We need a visionary who can look past the current gridlock to define a bold 3–5 year roadmap, modernizing our platform with advanced cloud analytics and smart priority management.

Objectives and Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Vision: Own the 3–5 year strategic vision and success metrics for the portfolio, predicting industry trends to seamlessly connect hardware, edge computing, and cloud software across various fleet types.

• Scalable Execution: Proactively design solutions that eliminate deployment friction, lower the cost of scale, and significantly improve unit economics across the board.

• Complex Problem Solving: Transform highly complex, ill-defined problems in the signal priority space into actionable, compelling, and market-ready solutions.

• Continuous Discovery: Maintain a relentless rhythm of continuous discovery, validating the 'riskiest assumptions' early to build high-conviction business cases and guide your long-term roadmap.

• AI & Predictive Analytics: Revolutionize the user experience by shifting our offerings from reactive data visualization to automated, AI-driven predictive optimization.

• Executive Authority: Act as the definitive executive-level authority on priority systems and smart infrastructure, influencing company-wide product strategy and guiding senior leadership on market positioning.

• Independent Alignment: Build powerful partner networks and align Sales, Engineering, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams on high-stakes releases, masterfully negotiating complex trade-offs without requiring leadership escalation.

• Revenue & Mentorship: Protect and actively scale key revenue streams by delivering reliable, modern software, while serving as a central hub of coordination and a dedicated mentor for junior PMs.

• Driving cloud-connected preemption and priority software that powers real-time priority at traffic intersections for emergency vehicles, public transit, and commercial fleet.

• Building advanced analytics platforms that evaluate fleet performance, intersection health, safety metrics, and fuel efficiency to give all users clear operational insights.
