• Educate users on how to maximize the benefits of their wearable devices for a healthier, more active lifestyle.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues with precision and empathy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends in user feedback regarding fitness technology improvements.
• Document and troubleshoot software-to-device connectivity issues across the expansive Fitbit product range.
• Stay updated on the latest developments within the fitness and wellness industry to provide expert-level guidance.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong passion for the fitness and wellness industry and active interest in wearable tech.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to relocate to Sofia for this on-site Danish-speaking jobs opportunity.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is considered a strong asset.
