We are searching for a passionate, tech-savvy professional to fill the Arabic Speaking Game Support Representative position in Bulgaria. In this role, you will act as the voice of our client’s premier gaming titles, ensuring a world-class experience for players across the Middle East and North Africa while working in the vibrant hub of the European gaming scene.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to gamers via live chat, email, and social media channels.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to account management, in-game purchases, and connectivity for major esports titles.
• Maintain deep knowledge of game mechanics, updates, and community trends to assist players effectively.
• Engage with the Arabic-speaking gaming community to foster loyalty and positive brand sentiment.
• Collaborate with international game development teams to report bugs and suggest quality-of-life improvements.
