• Provide professional, empathetic, and resolution-oriented support to Turkish-speaking players encountering safety issues.
• Stay updated on evolving gaming trends and community behaviors to proactively protect the player ecosystem.
• Analyze player data to identify patterns of misuse and contribute to the ongoing improvement of game integrity.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Turkish (spoken and written).
• Strong proficiency in English to collaborate within an international team.
• Previous experience in Trust & Safety, customer support, or community management within the Gaming & Esports industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and identifying problematic behavior.
• Passionate about gaming and familiar with the Supercell game portfolio.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU.
