Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate in-game content and user-generated posts to ensure compliance with Supercell community standards.
• Maintain a high-quality gaming environment by identifying and mitigating inappropriate behavior within the Russian-speaking player community.
• Analyze complex player interactions and escalations specific to the Gaming & Esports ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine moderation workflows and improve overall platform safety.
• Provide insightful feedback on user trends to enhance the player experience for the Supercell Games portfolio.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and terminology in the global Gaming & Esports industry to better serve our players.
• Uphold the integrity of the platform while providing prompt and professional responses to player concerns.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Russian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in Bulgaria).
• Genuine passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and familiarity with Supercell titles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English to ensure seamless reporting within our international team.
