Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Danish language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role — strong Danish proficiency is a non-negotiable requirement.
  • Valid EU passport or EU citizenship (mandatory for relocation and employment eligibility).
  • A good working knowledge of English is required for internal communication and team collaboration.
  • Previous experience in customer support services, call centre operations, or a client-facing role is highly advantageous, though not strictly required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for helping customers and delivering outstanding service.
  • Comfortable working in a structured, on-site team environment in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a positive, adaptable, and professional attitude.
