About the Role
You'll be the first friendly voice UK customers hear, resolving queries and keeping them happy across chat, email, and calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via live chat, email, and phone
- Log and track cases accurately in the CRM
- Resolve complaints calmly and escalate where needed
- Follow up to confirm issues are fully resolved
- Spot recurring issues and flag them to the team
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing or support role
- Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk software
- Clear, friendly written and spoken English
- Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work
- Patience under pressure and a problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience in a UK-facing support role
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar tools
- Exposure to live chat support
