FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established, multi-regulated broker founded in Australia, providing traders with access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks, and Cryptocurrencies. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Country Manager – South Korea to lead and grow our operations in the Korean market.
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the Korean market, developing and executing strategic plans to grow our client base, revenue, and brand presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, affiliates, and stakeholders in Korea.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion, including lead generation, local marketing channels, and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee onboarding and engagement of trading clients, affiliates, IBs, Money Managers, and other partners, ensuring an excellent client experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, working closely with marketing, customer support, and operations to drive business success.
- Represent FP Markets in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in FX/CFD and online trading industry (preferably for Korean region).
- 1+ years in a management or leadership role in sales, business development, or partner management.
- Fluent in Korean with good English proficiency.
- Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
