The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets, a proven track record of acquiring and managing clients or partners (such as Introducing Brokers and affiliates), and a deep understanding of the retail and/or institutional trading landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners, particularly in Chile
- Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through direct outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships
- Develop and execute business development strategies in line with company goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and affiliates
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes in the FX/CFD industry
- Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to ensure campaigns and partnerships are aligned and compliant
- Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Regional Director
- Represent the company at industry events, expos, and webinars
Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in a business development/sales role within the Forex/CFDs or financial trading industry is a must
- Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW retail/institutional clients
- Solid understanding of MT4/MT5, cTrader, and TradingView platforms, and the structure of brokerage services
- Native Spanish and fluent in English
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a remote environment
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
Will be considered a plus:
- Experience expanding into emerging markets (e.g., LATAM)
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Cellxpert, Zendesk)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
