Growe welcomes those who are excited to:

  • Administer and maintain compensation and benefits programs for the Customer Support team, including base pay, shift differentials, overtime, bonuses, and other incentive types;

  • Run the monthly payroll cycle for the team: collect and validate inputs, process changes, and ensure accurate, on-time payouts;
  • Write and maintain clear instructions, policies, and procedures covering pay, benefits, and related processes;

  • Act as the main point of contact for pay and benefits questions from Customer Support leads and team members;

  • Track and reconcile different compensation types (bonuses, allowances, referral payouts, and similar) and flag discrepancies early;

  • Partner with Finance, People Ops, and Customer Support management to keep rewards practices aligned with business needs;
  • Support regular audits and reporting on compensation and benefits data;

  • Suggest improvements to existing pay and benefits processes based on what's actually happening on the ground.

We need your professional experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in compensation & benefits, payroll, or total rewards;

  • Hands-on experience running monthly payroll cycles and handling multiple compensation types (bonuses, allowances, overtime, referral payouts, and similar);

  • Experience writing and maintaining process documentation, instructions, or internal policies;

  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills;

  • Experience working with a Customer Support or shift-based team, or an iGaming background, is a plus;

  • Upper-intermediate English, written and spoken, you'll be documenting processes and communicating with international teams.

  • Excellent communication skills: able to explain pay and benefits topics clearly to non-specialists;
