About the Role

We're looking for a Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across all of Zocks—from someone's very first job to a seasoned senior individual contributor (IC) hire. You'll run the entire process: posting the role, screening applicants, managing the interview calendar, and ensuring candidates receive signed offers without confusion or delays. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on momentum, juggling multiple open positions, staying ahead of the process, and enjoying the orchestration of hiring.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across the company—any level, any function, no search too small or too senior
• Screen inbound applicants and provide hiring managers with a shortlist that saves them time
• Keep interviews, debriefs, and candidate communication running smoothly like a well-oiled machine
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) clean and up-to-date
• Partner with hiring managers to resolve stalled searches and calibrate what “great” looks like at every level
• Ensure every candidate feels like a priority, even when managing fifteen searches simultaneously

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across various levels and functions—you handle curveballs with ease
• Strong organizational instincts to juggle multiple searches effortlessly
• Communication and follow-through that candidates remember positively
• Fluency with ATS tools and structured interview processes
• A process-builder’s mindset—prefer building a system once over solving the same problem repeatedly
• A genuine sense of urgency paired with a calm, unflappable demeanor when managing multiple priorities
• Flexibility to move quickly on high-volume searches or slow down for nuanced decisions

Logistics

• This is a remote position, but we currently only hire candidates residing in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IA, KS, MA, MI, NE, NJ, NV, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, WI
• Background and reference checks are required as part of onboarding

Interview Process

• 30-minute recruiter screen
• Up to three 30-45-minute video or onsite interviews
• Offer pending references
