About this Role
We're looking for a Business Partner Manager to serve as the operational right hand to our Senior VP, ensuring strategy turns into execution across multiple global e-commerce brands. You'll work across Creative, Performance Marketing, Data, Technology, Partnerships, Finance, and Operations to keep priorities aligned, teams accountable, and projects moving at speed.
Success in this role isn't measured by how many meetings you attend—it's measured by how effectively you remove bottlenecks, build scalable systems, keep teams accountable, and enable the Senior VP to focus on growing the business.
You could be a great fit if...
- You naturally bring structure and clarity to fast-moving, complex environments.
- You enjoy turning strategy into actionable execution plans that teams can follow.
- You can confidently manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and priorities without losing attention to detail.
- You proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and keep projects moving before issues escalate.
- You're comfortable holding senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams accountable for delivery.
- You enjoy building processes, SOPs, and operational systems that improve efficiency and scalability.
- You communicate clearly across departments and know how to align different teams around shared goals.
- You're commercially minded and understand how operational excellence drives business growth.
- You're excited to work in an AI-first company and contribute to improving internal workflows through automation.
What You'll Do
- Partner closely with the Senior VP to drive operational execution across multiple brands and strategic initiatives.
- Own end-to-end management of Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring clear scope, timelines, commercial alignment, and zero scope creep.
- Oversee execution across Creative, Paid Media, UGC, Content, and other cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on track.
- Build visibility across multiple brands by proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and execution bottlenecks.
- Design and implement scalable SOPs, playbooks, workflows, and operational frameworks that improve consistency across teams.
- Establish clear ownership, deadlines, and accountability for key initiatives while driving timely execution.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and department leaders to support hiring, onboarding, and successful integration of new team members.
- Collaborate with Finance on invoicing, commercial tracking, and project profitability.
- Support cross-functional planning across Creative, Performance Marketing, Product, Data, Operations, and Leadership teams.
- Contribute ideas and workflows that improve AI-powered operating systems and internal automation.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in business operations, chief of staff, project management, business partnering, or operations leadership within a high-growth startup, agency, or consulting environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects, brands, or business units simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of marketing operations, creative workflows, commercial delivery, and business execution.
- Experience building operational processes, SOPs, dashboards, and scalable systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work directly with senior leadership.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing project timelines, budgets, or Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple high-impact initiatives.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail and execution excellence.
Bonus Points
- Experience working in performance marketing, ecommerce, digital agencies, or consumer brands.
- Experience supporting founders, C-suite executives, or senior business leaders.
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Notion, Asana, or Jira.
- Experience building operational dashboards, reporting systems, or KPI frameworks.
- Experience leading cross-functional transformation or process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation, or prompt engineering.
You probably shouldn't apply if...
- You prefer executing assigned tasks instead of taking ownership and driving outcomes.
- You struggle to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and shifting business needs simultaneously.
- You're uncomfortable holding teams accountable or having difficult conversations when deadlines slip.
- You rely on others to identify problems instead of proactively finding solutions.
- You prefer highly structured environments where priorities rarely change.
- You're uncomfortable working directly with senior leadership in a fast-paced startup environment.
- You see operations as administration rather than a strategic function that enables business growth.
