You'll keep a UK team's billing accurate and on schedule, issuing invoices and resolving billing queries as they come in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices
- Investigate and resolve billing queries and disputes
- Reconcile billing records against payments received
- Maintain accurate billing data in Excel and internal systems
- Report on billing status to the wider finance team
What You'll Need:
- Experience with Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
- Experience in a billing, invoicing, or accounts role
- Strong attention to detail with numbers
- Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work
- Confident, clear communication when resolving billing queries
Nice to Have:
- Experience with recurring or subscription billing
- Familiarity with Sage or Xero
- Prior remote finance support experience
What's on Offer:
A permanent, fully remote role with a UK employer, working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST), with clear processes and a supportive finance team.
