The Opportunity
- Conducting financial investigations and writing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs).
- Monitor and proactively adjust to volume fluctuations, handling volume surges to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.
- Utilize advanced tools and spreadsheet functions (e.g., Google Sheets) for data analysis.
- Focus on multiple priorities, including individual production efforts and ad hoc projects.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of anti-financial crime experience with a crypto background.
- Understanding of compliance operational functions and processes.
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate financial crime risks.
- Familiarity with Google Suite (emphasis on Google Sheets and Google Docs).
- Familiarity and comfort utilizing AI and technology for automation.
- Familiarity with FIU tools like Chainalysis, Elliptic, and TRM.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Nice to Haves
- Financial crime certifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA, CRCM, CRC).
- Database and programming skills, including SQL and Python.
