Anna Autism Care

View Company Profile

Anna Autism Care (formally ANNA, standing for Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) is a fast-growing, mission-driven behavioral health startup dedicated to redefining autism care for young children and their families. Founded in 2023 by Aimun Malik and headquartered in Sudbury, Massachusetts, the company operates multiple clinical centers across the state. Under the hood, ANNA departs from traditional models by specializing in evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming care—specifically utilizing Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) for children under the age of six. Their comprehensive services include individualized therapy, comprehensive autism diagnostics, social group services, and dedicated parent coaching. Their primary target audience includes families seeking compassionate, highly collaborative, and individualized developmental support rather than rigid behavioral modifications. What sets Anna Autism Care apart in the specialized healthcare space is its clinician-led environment, intentionally small caseloads to prevent therapist burnout, and a deep, foundational commitment to viewing families as true partners in early childhood development, ensuring that high clinical standards and deep humanity perfectly coexist.
