Virtual Assistant (Remote) for UK-Based Clients

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Virtual Assistant for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote administrative support to busy executives and teams
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
• Handle email inboxes, draft correspondence, and follow up on action items
• Conduct online research and compile reports or summaries as needed
• Assist with data entry, document preparation, and general admin tasks

Requirements:

• Experience as a virtual assistant, PA, or in a similar admin role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
