The US Campaign Manager will oversee day-to-day campaign execution, including creator casting, contracting, content review, and go-live for a major product launch of a leading US beauty brand.

Scope of Work Overview

This role is highly delivery-focused, requiring strong organization, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts under tight deadlines.

Active Campaign Overview

The priority campaign involves a tiered creator program with:

  • Macro creators
  • Performance-driven macro/mid-tier creators
  • Mid-tier creators
  • Micro creators
  • Lifestyle creators

The phased go-live plan is as follows:

  • ~18 creators live during launch week:
    • 10 creators on Day 1 (Monday, 6 July)
    • Remaining creators staggered across the week
  • 10 creators live during the week of 13 July
  • 10+ creators live during the week of 20 July

Campaign Deliverables

Creator Content Deliverables

  • 38 creator assets to be published on creator-owned TikTok channels

Product Seeding

  • 100 opted-in creators for seeding

The Campaign Manager oversees:

  • Shipping coordination
  • Address collection
  • Delivery tracking
  • Performance tracking

Asset Workflow

Each creator asset follows this workflow:

  • Concept → V1 → Brand Review → Internal Approval → Live

Requirements for every creator:

  • Signed contract before filming
  • Signed NDA before filming
  • Product shipped and delivery confirmed before filming
  • Adherence to approved product claims and compliance language
  • Strong, thumb-stopping creative hook tailored to the creator

Immediate Priorities (Starting Monday, 6 July)

Status as of Wednesday evening, 2 July (4 days to launch).

A. Content Review (Critical Before Launch)

  • 3 additional V1 assets require brand approval to reach the 10-creator Day 1 target
  • Client feedback consolidation and final creator revisions expected
  • 2 assets are already approved for Day 1 go-live
  • Multiple assets have undergone several revision cycles and require re-review

The Campaign Manager must reinforce brief adherence to reduce repeated revision rounds, particularly around:

  • Product naming
  • Claims language
  • Compliance disclaimers

B. Contracts, NDAs & Logistics

  • Several creator contracts remain in redlines/negotiation
  • Some concepts pending resolution due to brand feedback
  • 6 NDAs remain outstanding
  • Shipping/tracking pending for select creators
  • Creators still progressing through:
    • Contracting
    • NDA completion
    • Address collection
    • Shipping coordination

Fast resolution is required to avoid launch delays.

C. Briefing & Casting

  • Finalize updated compliance/disclaimer language in the brief
  • Ensure all active creators receive updated guidance
  • Continue casting for Waves 2 and 3
  • Current pipeline:
    • ~400 creators sourced
    • Targeting 35–40 shortlisted creators by end of week for upcoming waves

Client guardrail: No further major brief changes once creators have begun filming. Late changes create:

  • Creator pushback
  • Revision delays
  • Inconsistent deliverables

D. Post-Launch Cadence

The Campaign Manager must maintain a steady launch rhythm across Waves 2 and 3. Key considerations:

  • Avoid backloading too much content toward the end of any week
  • Review windows are compressed due to:
    • US holiday schedules
    • Reduced brand availability
    • Approval bottlenecks

Strong forward planning will be essential.

Role Responsibilities & Requirements

Responsibilities

The Campaign Manager will:

  • Own the end-to-end creator lifecycle across the campaign:
    • Casting
    • Contracting
    • NDA completion
    • Shipping/logistics
    • Briefing
    • Content go-live
  • Manage the full content approval workflow:
    • Concept → V1 → Brand Review → Approval → Live
  • Keep review cycles moving quickly to hit launch and always-on deadlines
  • Plan and manage staggered go-live calendars across creator tiers
  • Partner with sourcing/discovery teams to maintain a healthy creator pipeline
  • Publish regular internal and client-facing status updates, including:
    • Creator tracker
    • Contract/NDA status
    • Shipping status
    • Approval bottlenecks
    • Delivery risks
  • Flag compliance requirements and ensure all briefs remain up to date

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end
  • Strong creator sourcing and campaign delivery experience
  • Confidence managing TikTok and Instagram campaign workflows
  • Strong client communication skills, especially under pressure
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage dozens of concurrent creator deliverables
  • Comfort handling contracts, NDAs, and logistics
  • Availability during US working hours to support fast-moving campaign deadlines
