You will keep tenancy administration running smoothly, from agreements to compliance checks and tenant queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and administer tenancy agreements and renewals
- Maintain accurate tenant and property records
- Coordinate compliance certificates and safety checks
- Respond to tenant and landlord queries
- Track rent reviews and lease expiries
- Support the wider property team with general administration
What You Will Need:
- Experience with tenancy or property administration
- Experience maintaining accurate records in a property management system
- Strong attention to detail with contracts and dates
- Confident communicating with tenants and landlords
- Comfortable working UK business hours
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with UK tenancy law basics
- Experience with property management software (e.g., Reapit, Fixflo)
- Experience in lettings or estate agency support
