Technical Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Providing independent oversight and assurance to the business regarding compliance with technical requirements;
• Proactively researching technical requirements and regulations for new and existing markets, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver compliant solutions;
• Conducting technical compliance gap assessments across jurisdictions where the company operates or plans to operate;
• Advising teams on interpreting technical regulations, requirements, and standards, and guiding the implementation of compliant technical solutions;
• Maintaining regular contact with internal and external stakeholders, including product development and third-party suppliers;
• Ensuring product compliance in all jurisdictions of operation;
• Interacting with regulators on technical compliance matters, including reporting and producing reports as required;
• Continuously assessing product compliance, operational risks, and scheduling compliance tasks, while reporting any identified risks or gaps;
• Proposing compliant technical solutions and driving their implementation.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a Technical Compliance role within iGaming;
• Experience in an ISO27001 Compliant environment;
• Ability to translate technical compliance elements into clear development requirements for engineering teams;
• Understanding of the iGaming business framework (B2B) and best practice standards and requirements;
• Strong planning and organizational skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Attention to detail, composure, and patience;
• Highly pragmatic and proactive;
• Ability to work independently with minimal management oversight;
• Team player with a hands-on approach;
• Willingness to grow in a small but high-performing team.
