What you need to surf the wave with us:
- At least 5+ years in HR with experience in both recruiting and People/HR Business Partnering, across the full employee lifecycle.
- Confidence in coaching leaders and handling complex cases, ideally in multi-country settings.
- Knowledge of labour law in different countries is a plus.
- You already use AI tools actively in your HR work and enjoy finding new ways to automate and simplify.
- You thrive in a fast-changing company, get up to speed quickly, and guide leaders and teams through change.
- A structured way of working, empathy, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- Business fluent in English. German is a plus.
