Staff Product Manager (Headless Experience & AI Interoperability)

Loopio is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead a strategically important initiative: building a headless experience for their platform, making it openly accessible and interoperable across the broader enterprise AI ecosystem through other AI assistants and agent frameworks, rather than locking it inside Loopio’s own interface.

The role is designed for an AI builder with deep expertise in agentic workflows in enterprise organizations. You’ll operate with significant autonomy, taking initiatives from early concept through product-market fit and into scaled adoption, collaborating with an established, high-usage product team.

The ideal candidate has direct experience shipping successful agentic B2B SaaS experiences, a track record of launching and driving success with product, data, and workflow integrations across a wide range of B2B products, and a metrics-driven approach to validating success before scaling.

💻 What You’ll Be Doing

• Product Vision & Strategy

  • Define and own the product vision for your ownership scope.
  • Translate company objectives, overall product vision, and market opportunity into a roadmap that sequences from early validation to scaled adoption.
  • Set clear success metrics for each phase of the initiative and hold the team accountable.
  • Create internal and external alignment and excitement for the interoperable future you will be creating.

• Building & Execution

  • Collaborate closely with design and engineering partners to create a strongly aligned team.
  • Drive discovery to validate problem, solution, and willingness-to-pay before over-investing in build.
  • Ship early, learn fast, and iterate based on real usage rather than assumptions.
  • Navigate the challenge of exposing Loopio’s knowledge outside its own interface, balancing openness and interoperability against data security, partner trust, and platform control.
  • Drive adoption post-launch, fully owning the realization of customer and business outcomes.

• Integration & Platform Design

  • Develop a strong point of view on what makes an MCP Server, API, connector, or integration genuinely great for developers and partners.
  • Partner closely with engineering on API design, MCP server, tool, and skills architecture, connectors, auth, and data contracts.
  • Design for interoperability and trust, ensuring Loopio’s knowledge is exposed to other AI assistants and agent frameworks without compromising security or control.

• Customer & Market Focus

  • Deeply understand the workflows of enterprise customers and technical stakeholders who need Loopio’s knowledge inside their own systems and agent ecosystems.
  • Run discovery directly with customers and prospects to validate problems and success criteria.
  • Track the competitive and market landscape for headless, API-first, and agent-interoperable platforms.

• Autonomy & Influence

  • Operate independently, spotting gaps and opportunities without needing direction, and rallying the right people to move on them.
  • Communicate vision, progress, and metrics clearly to executives, cross-functional stakeholders, and customers.
  • Act as an internal thought leader on what great integration and interoperability experiences look like.

✨ What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Track record of designing and launching MCP servers, APIs, and other integrations that connect systems together, ideally with direct experience shipping enterprise integrations or connectors in a B2B SaaS context.
• Experience taking a brand-new product from zero to launch and adoption, or experience in enterprise workflows, sales tech, security questionnaires, or proposal/RFP automation.
• Startup, founder, or prior engineering/technical background is a plus.
• Working knowledge of API design, MCP server architecture, auth, data contracts, and versioning, and the trade-offs involved.
• Working knowledge of LLMs and agent frameworks, enough to understand how Loopio’s knowledge would be consumed by other AI assistants and agents.
• Comfortable with technical details to be a credible thought partner to engineering, without needing to write code.
• Proven product taste, deeply understanding what matters to developers, partners, and enterprise customers.
• Strong instincts in product discovery, prioritization, and execution, especially in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
• Metrics-driven: define success before building and measure it afterward.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, bringing people along on new directions.
• Self-directed, entrepreneurial, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Results-oriented, with a bias toward shipping and learning over long planning cycles.
