Key Skills Required
Master these to land this role
Want to know if you're a match for this job?
Clarium is building out its product organization, and this is one of the most important hires they'll make. They've built a strong foundation, a real platform, real customers, and real traction but haven't yet built the product infrastructure to match their ambition.
As a Staff PM, you'll own a significant product domain within Astra OS, working alongside engineering, design, data, and customer-facing teams to drive clarity and execution in an environment with plenty of growth opportunities. This role is deeply collaborative, with embedded work alongside engineering from discovery through delivery, treating tech leads as true thought partners.
You should expect to be hands-on. Clarium is building the foundation of a product-led organization, and the people who join now will shape how it's done.
In This Role You Will
- Own a core product domain end-to-end, from discovery and requirements definition through delivery and iteration
- Partner closely with engineering leads throughout the product development process, involving them early and often in customer conversations and solutioning
- Go deep with customers and internal stakeholders to uncover root problems and translate ambiguity into clear, well-reasoned product direction
- Remove roadblocks, make tradeoffs, and keep work moving forward in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment
- Balance input across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to drive aligned, high-quality outcomes
- Contribute to building out Clarium's product practice, including processes, norms, and ways of working that don't yet fully exist
What You'll Bring
- Strong product sense and problem-solving skills, with a consistent focus on delivering business and customer value, not just shipping features
- Proven ability to lead discovery, define requirements, and bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces
- Track record of strong execution in complex environments: removing roadblocks, making thoughtful tradeoffs, and keeping teams moving
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with engineering, treating tech leads as thought partners, not delivery resources
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment where the playbook isn't written yet
- Experience in healthcare technology, particularly with enterprise workflows and complex system integrations
- Familiarity with driving change within large healthcare organizations — this is not an easy audience
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience integrating with Epic or other large enterprise healthcare systems
- Experience building AI-powered products or working on agentic tooling
- Background at a company selling into top health systems

Clarium
View Company ProfileClarium is an AI-powered healthcare technology company dedicated to modernizing and optimizing hospital supply chains. Founded in 2020, the company developed Astra OS, a unified platform that seamlessly links, cleans, and normalizes data across hospital systems of record (like ERP and EHR) and upstream supplier data. Astra OS provides health systems with end-to-end visibility, automated workflows, and predictive insights to monitor inventory, rapidly resolve supply disruptions, manage clinical equivalents/substitutes, and optimize procedure cards to reduce waste. By transforming supply chain operations from reactive to resilient, Clarium helps hospitals significantly reduce supply chain overspend and allows clinical teams to spend more time focusing on patient care.
