About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market engine for our newest, most explosive line of business: NodeZero WebApp Pentesting. You will be the entrepreneurial marketing lead for a massive expansion into the application security (AppSec) and Application Security Posture Management (ASPM) space. The market is currently being reshaped by AI hype, creating a distinct window of opportunity for a fierce competitor to seize total market ownership. You will report directly to the VP of Corporate & Product Marketing, partnering tightly with a world-class Product and Engineering team to turn deep technical capabilities into market dominance.
What You'll Do
Go-To-Market Strategy & Launch Ownership
- Own the end-to-end GTM strategy, messaging, and positioning for the NodeZero WebApp Pentesting product line from its launch to market dominance.
- Architect an aggressive, pipeline-driven product launch framework that moves product marketing to a core revenue driver, not a corporate support function.
- Define target personas across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Commercial segments, building a product narrative that maps directly to clear conversion paths.
Competitive Positioning & Content Weaponization
- Drive the competitive narrative, explicitly dismantling legacy DAST incumbents and exposing fragile, unscalable "agentic AI" wrappers.
- Educate the market on why generic AI solutions suffer from exploding token costs, erratic inconsistency, and severe production risks, while positioning NodeZero’s combination of a deterministic foundation and surgical AI as the only enterprise-grade choice.
- Develop proof-first product content, technical teardowns, and competitive battlecards that arm the sales force to win contested deals.
Product & Engineering Collaboration
- Partner tightly with Product Leadership and Engineering teams, embedding yourself with the builders to transform highly complex offensive security capabilities into high-impact, market-facing narratives.
- Translate deep technical breakthroughs, e.g. the autonomous, production-safe exploitation of complex business-logic flaws like BOLA and IDOR, into clear, hype-free value propositions.
- Serve as the vital feedback loop between market realities, buyer pushback, and the product roadmap.
Sales Enablement & Foundation Building
- Own the technical enablement motion for the direct sales force, SDRs, and channel partners including major VARs, resellers, and distribution partners.
- Win the hearts and minds of cynical, hype-hating developers, AppSec leads, and red teamers who demand zero false positives, while effortlessly elevating the message to the CISO/VP level to tell a broader platform and cyber-resilience story.
- Build the foundational processes, sales tools, and customer story pipelines required to scale this product line.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years (PMM) or 8+ years (Senior PMM) of B2B product marketing experience, with meaningful time spent launching and scaling complex technical products in a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity company.
- Non-Negotiable Drive: High-agency, self-starting execution. You thrive in greenfield environments where processes don't exist yet, and you love the challenge of defining what "great" looks like from scratch.
- Deep Technical Chops: A background as a former security practitioner, pen tester, technical marketer, or technical PMM who has shipped AppSec, ASPM, or AI-driven security products. You must understand application architecture and the adversarial mindset far deeper than just cybersecurity acronyms.
- Dual-Altitude Communication: The rare ability to build deep trust with highly skeptical technical practitioners who demand absolute production safety, while seamlessly translating those technical truths into business resilience metrics for CISOs.
- Demonstrated capability to manage high-stakes product launches, cross-functional lifecycles, and performance frameworks with a clear ROI lens.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and product analytics tools for tracking launch metrics and pipeline attribution.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with web application security testing tools (DAST, SAST, IAST) or ASPM platforms.
- Deep understanding of the current LLM/Agentic AI security landscape and its practical architectural limitations.
- Experience working in an account-based marketing (ABM) motion with highly targeted enterprise buyer personas.
Travel Requirements
- We are a fully remote company. This role requires up to 20% travel for key product launches, major industry events, customer interviews, and internal offsites.
- Job-related travel expenses are reviewed and must be approved by your manager.

View Company ProfileHorizon3.ai is a leading cybersecurity firm that revolutionized the industry with NodeZero, the world's first fully autonomous penetration testing platform. Founded in 2019 by former US Special Operations and national security experts, the company shifts the paradigm from reactive defense to proactive offense. Under the hood, NodeZero acts as an automated ethical hacker, continuously discovering, exploiting, and providing remediation paths for critical vulnerabilities across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments. Their primary target audience includes enterprise CISOs, IT directors, and managed service providers (MSPs) who need to rigorously validate their security posture without the massive cost and infrequent cadence of traditional human pentesting. What sets Horizon3.ai apart in the crowded InfoSec market is its ability to safely execute real-world attack vectors in production environments at scale, allowing security teams to fix exploitable weaknesses before threat actors can weaponize them.
