About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in launching new features, enabling sales, and shaping our product narrative in a competitive category.
In this position, you’ll work closely with Product Management to craft the story behind new features and support Sales with compelling enablement and practical messaging so they can successfully bring features to prospects and customers. Within the Marketing team, you’ll advocate for our target persona and ensure that our positioning remains consistent across channels. You’ll work with customers to capture their success stories and turn them into engaging content. This role is a great fit for a Sr. PMM who is energized by a broad domain and is good at building order out of it: turning one-off requests into a repeatable process, or using AI tools that make us more efficient over time.
What You'll Do
- Partner closely with Product Management on launches, staying involved as timelines and scope shift, and getting buy-in on launch messaging and deliverables
- Create product content to support your launches and product surface area, including blog posts, website copy, demo scripts, videos, and social posts
- Plan and run customer- and prospect-facing product webinars, from picking the topic through wrangling speakers and following up afterward
- Run biweekly enablement sessions and build and maintain the sales enablement suite, including battlecards, pitch decks, objection handling materials
- Stay up-to-date on competitors and spin up competitive positioning on both a recurring and ad hoc basis
- Source, write, and distribute customer stories and references
- Help shape new positioning and messaging as the product and market change, using customer conversations and data
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company, with hands-on experience in sales enablement and customer marketing
- A track record of taking on a messy, underspecified problem and getting it done without needing it pre-scoped for you
- Experience running product launches in tandem with a Product Management team and ability to exert influence without authority when needed
- Good judgment about what to prioritize when data, customer feedback, and the calendar are all pulling in different directions
- Effective storytelling and writing abilities that translate feature specifications and benefits into content our audience will want to read
- A tolerance for ambiguity — you'd rather figure it out than wait for someone to hand you a fully-formed plan
- Curiosity and willingness to test AI-powered workflows and create new AI tools that our whole marketing team can benefit from using

Maze (operating under maze.co, legally Maze Technologies, Inc.) is a leading enterprise-grade continuous discovery and user research platform engineered to democratize, accelerate, and scale actionable user insights for modern product, design, and marketing organizations. Founded in 2018 by veteran software engineers Jonathan Widawski and Thomas REBAUD, the corporation completely upended the traditional user testing landscape—where gathering qualitative user feedback took weeks, suffered from manual scheduling bottlenecks, and cost thousands of dollars per study—by launching an automated, browser-based unmoderated testing engine. Moving far beyond basic video-recording tools, Maze's sophisticated research ecosystem natively unifies interactive prototype testing (integrating directly with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision), live website usability tracking, card sorting, tree testing, integrated participant recruitment panels, and dynamic AI-generated synthesis engines that instantly convert raw user clicks into comprehensive heatmaps, misclick rates, and success metrics. To embed data-driven decision-making throughout the entire product development lifecycle, the platform features a highly automated 'Maze AI' layer that refines research questions, analyzes qualitative open text at scale, and formats stakeholder reports instantly. Supported by over $48 million in total institutional funding, anchored by a prominent $40 million Series B financing round led by worldwide venture powerhouse Felicis Ventures alongside marquee backers like Emergence Capital, Amplify Partners, and leading product angels, the hyper-growth product discovery SaaS platform scales rapidly. Powering design and development decisions for more than 3,000 global enterprise customers—including iconic digital brands like Uber, Airbnb, IBM, and Microsoft—and serving a community of over 100,000 product creators, the firm continues to expand its enterprise footprint with sophisticated data-governance controls and advanced team-collaboration features. Headquartered in Paris, France, with a highly distributed, remote-first global workforce, Maze stands as the definitive operational vanguard for agile user research—replacing slow, opinion-driven product design with continuous, programmatic user insights and validated execution pathways.
