What You’ll Do:

• Own a product area end-to-end with minimal direction, framing loosely defined problems and delivering grounded, defensible work across systems and user surfaces.
• Ground every decision in evidence using Pendo, Dovetail, and research, defining success with metrics like speed, efficiency, error reduction, and delight.
• Prioritize your area independently, synthesizing inputs from Pendo, research, and PMs into a clear point of view.
• Set the standard for implementation-ready deliverables, creating templates for specs, flows, content, and edge cases.
• Explore multiple solutions and challenge established patterns to create best-in-class experiences.
• Operate at a high AI bar, introducing agentic flows and reusable workflows to cut repetitive work and accelerate research.
• Shape cross-team collaboration, establishing forums and decision structures with senior judgment.
• Mentor designers through actionable feedback and keep stakeholders aligned via tools like Linear.

What You’ll Have:

• 8+ years in UX or product design, with expertise across multiple disciplines.
• A track record of leading cross-cutting work with significant autonomy, even when no clear solution exists.
• Ownership of a product area’s metric-driven understanding, using data to shape decisions and prove value.
• Strong prioritization judgment, synthesizing competing inputs into a defensible point of view.
• A high documentation and craft bar, with deep design system fluency.
• AI fluency and comfort using tools like Claude, Claude Code, Figma, and Cursor.
• Exceptional collaboration, influence, and communication skills.
• Customer obsession grounded in evidence.
