Position Summary:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Senior Manager, Revenue Marketing is responsible for building and running the demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) motion that acquires net-new mid-market and enterprise accounts, alongside the lifecycle marketing strategy that grows and retains existing accounts. You'll operate one funnel with one shared set of top-of-funnel targets, inherit our existing events team on day one, and hire the rest of the function underneath you. SDRs sit within the sales organization, so you'll build a tight, day-to-day working relationship with that team rather than direct it. This role carries the highest level of accountability against marketing's pipeline and revenue goals.
This role is expected to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity, enhance decision-making, and continuously optimize how work is performed.
This will be a full-time, permanent position based in Vancouver on a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office), with openness to fully remote candidates based in the United States or Canada for the right fit.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own demand generation and ABM strategy for net-new mid-market and enterprise acquisition, from channel selection through campaign execution.
- Build and run lifecycle marketing that grows and retains existing accounts, partnering closely with customer success and sales on expansion.
- Own funnel targets and funnel hygiene end to end, and build the day-to-day operating relationship with SDR leadership in the sales org, driving lead scoring, handoff, and account targeting.
- Lead the events team and connect event programs directly to pipeline outcomes rather than running them apart from it.
- Hire and structure the growth marketing team, designing the function rather than inheriting one already built.
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement while ensuring the responsible, secure, and compliant use of AI tools.
- Build and introduce shared AI-enabled workflows for testing, targeting, and campaign construction that the wider growth team adopts and improves over time, using real results to guide what gets refined next.
What You'll Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, ABM, or growth marketing, with direct ownership of pipeline and revenue targets, not just campaign execution.
- Strong cross-functional operating skill, building trust and alignment with sales, customer success, RevOps, and finance without formal authority over every function you touch.
- Direct experience selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts, with comfort owning a full funnel spanning demand generation and lifecycle marketing together.
- Experience building a lean, AI-enabled team from a small base, including hiring and structuring a function rather than managing one that already exists.
- Experience with the following tools/technology: Marketo (power-user level for complex marketing automation workflows), Salesforce (working fluency to direct builds and judge appropriateness), and SQL (strong advantage for pulling and interpreting funnel data).
- Demonstrated ability to introduce AI-enabled workflows, tests, or targeting models that others on your team adopt and build on, with real results attached.
Nice to Have:
- Background in fintech, identity, compliance, or another regulated B2B category.
- Direct experience with an ABM platform such as Demandbase, 6sense, or a comparable tool.
- Experience with GTM engineering tools like Clay, or building no-code automations that connect CRM, enrichment, and outbound systems.
