About DeepJudge:

Founded by former Google search engineers with PhDs in AI from ETH Zurich, DeepJudge helps legal teams unlock and apply institutional knowledge through enterprise search and AI infrastructure. Their platform enables automation of workflows, knowledge-powered application building, and leveraging institutional knowledge for lasting advantages.

DeepJudge’s platform is trusted by leading law firms, including Holland & Knight, Gunderson Dettmer, Cozen O’Connor, ArentFox Schiff, CMS Switzerland, and Schoenherr. Headquartered in Switzerland with teams across North America and Europe, DeepJudge is shaping the future of professional knowledge discovery and application.

About the Role:

DeepJudge is rapidly growing, and their client learning program must scale with them. They are hiring their first Senior Manager, Client Enablement to build a client enablement program that meets lawyers where they are: live sessions when necessary and robust self-serve resources otherwise. This is a hands-on role with a mandate to scale.

You will:

  • Design repeatable, role-based learning paths for DeepJudge users and firm administrators.
  • Define what clients learn self-serve, what Customer Success Managers (CSMs) deliver, and which engagements you lead directly.
  • Own core training courses such as Intro to DeepJudge and Intro to Admin, from scripting through recording and publishing.
  • Write and maintain user guides, quick-reference materials, and help center content.
  • Equip and coach CSMs with scripts, demo flows, and facilitation guides.
  • Plan and lead on-site and virtual training days for large and strategic clients.
  • Partner with Product and Product Marketing to turn new features into training and share field insights to shape the product.
  • Measure the impact of training on user adoption.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Possess 5–10 years of experience in client education, training, or enablement in the legal industry.
  • Have legal experience, ideally as a former practicing attorney or in an enablement/customer education role at a legal technology company.
  • Have built a training program from the ground up, not just delivered one, including scalable resources beyond live sessions.
  • Know how to measure whether training works and can point to its impact on adoption.
  • Be hands-on with content: scripting, recording and editing video, and writing clear documentation.
  • Present with confidence and credibility to partners, senior lawyers, and firm leadership.
  • Thrive in building from scratch in a fast-moving company.
  • Be based in the US Eastern Time zone (New York City area preferred) and able to travel up to 40%.

What You Can Look Forward To:

  • Being the first dedicated client enablement hire and building the program your way.
  • Working directly with many of the world’s leading law firms and legal teams.
  • Shaping how lawyers adopt AI-powered knowledge tools.
  • Close collaboration with Customer Success, Product, and legal engineers across the global team.
  • A clear path to team leadership as the program and business grow.
  • Competitive base salary plus equity.
