Senior iOS Developer (Native Swift) - AI-First Digital Transformation

You Will Be Responsible For:

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable native iOS applications using both Swift and Objective-C, with a strong emphasis on modern Swift-based development.

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver features that align with user needs and business goals.

Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to industry best practices.

Identify and resolve performance issues, optimize application efficiency, and ensure a smooth user experience.

Contribute to architectural decisions and help improve development processes within the team.

Your Profile:

You must have 4+ years of professional experience in native iOS development, with a strong portfolio of published applications.

You should hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.

You need proficiency in Swift and solid experience with Objective-C; experience with SwiftUI and Combine is a plus.

You must have a solid understanding of iOS frameworks, multithreading, RESTful APIs, memory management, and adaptive UI implementation (SnapKit/Masonry).

You should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an agile, cross-functional team environment.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.

Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to Have:

Experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work.

Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g., agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
