Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience to join our project team working on complex, distributed systems and large-scale transformation initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, technical understanding of data structures, and the ability to work across multiple teams in a structured, delivery-focused environment.

Summary

This role is ideal for a Business Analyst who is comfortable operating at the intersection of business, data, and technology, and who thrives in complex, multi-team project environments.

You will be:

• • Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear User Stories at both high-level and technical levels
  • Support backlog management, refinement, and prioritization in collaboration with Product Owners and development teams
  • Work closely with multiple teams (minimum 2 teams) to ensure alignment and consistency across solutions
  • Participate in large-scale initiatives such as system migrations and platform transformations
  • Analyze and support data models and relational database structures
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to design scalable solutions
  • Support testing activities (validation of requirements, UAT support)
  • Ensure high-quality documentation in Jira and Confluence environments
  • Contribute to solution design for web-based and distributed systems

Nice to have:

• Experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work.

• Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
