Job Summary
This team is on a mission to optimize sales operations for high-growth, owner-led businesses across North America. As the Senior Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be the architect of the brandโs digital presence. You will own the full marketing lifecycleโfrom building a high-converting website to designing and executing sophisticated HubSpot automation and email strategies. This is a high-impact role for a self-starter who wants to shape the voice and visual identity of a specialized consulting firm while driving measurable growth through strategic social and email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Web Design: Lead the redesign and ongoing management of the company website to ensure it reflects a premium, authoritative brand identity.
- Marketing Automation: Architect and manage end-to-end workflows within HubSpot to streamline lead generation and nurturing.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive email strategies for both prospective leads and current clients to drive engagement and retention.
- Social Media Management: Create and implement a consistent social media strategy that builds brand equity and reaches key decision-makers in the $2Mโ$50M revenue bracket.
- Campaign Execution: Launch integrated marketing campaigns that align with the team's consulting playbooks and sales optimization services.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, iterating on strategies based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in Growth Marketing, specifically within B2B environments.
- HubSpot Expert: Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot marketing automation is mandatory.
- Web Design: Proven ability to design, build, and optimize professional business websites.
- Brand & Content Strategy: Experience building a brand voice and translating it into social media and email content.
- Email Marketing: Mastery of segmentation, copywriting, and campaign analysis.
- Communication: Native or bilingual English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Timezone: Ability to work EST hours with flexible overlap as an offshore team member.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience working within a Marketing Agency or Consulting firm.
- Proficiency with ZoomInfo for lead intelligence.
- Experience using Google Workspace, Slack, and ClickUp for project management and collaboration.
