Our client, a rapidly expanding tech company in the U.S. commercial real estate sector, is building a new Supply Growth Team and looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join their ranks. In this role, you’ll engage with real estate professionals — including agents, brokers, owners, and investors — primarily over the phone to verify listing details, update CRM records, and cultivate industry relationships. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable insights into the U.S. commercial real estate market while contributing to a growing, high-potential team. Success in this role requires being confident, personable, and naturally conversational — not tied to a script.

Note: This position is open to all of Latin America!

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact real estate professionals to verify and update key listing information within the CRM.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with brokers, owners, and investors to maintain and enhance industry relationships.
  • Gather feedback on past listings, assess current market activity, and ensure data accuracy in the CRM.
  • Clearly communicate with real estate professionals and internal teams, ensuring that all interactions are professional and aligned with the brand’s voice.
  • Work closely with peers and management to refine outreach strategies and continuously improve data quality.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Business Development Representative or SDR in U.S. software or commercial real estate technology is preferred but not needed.
  • Exceptional English proficiency, both verbal and written, is essential.
  • Proven ability to use CRM systems for managing data and executing outreach campaigns.
  • Prior commercial real estate industry experience, or willingness to learn and understand the roles of brokers, owners, and investors.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Why Join?

  • Join a rapidly expanding team with the potential to grow into a larger group.
  • Gain valuable insights and experience in commercial real estate while refining your data-driven sales skills.
  • Enjoy the benefits of working remotely from any location.
  • Be part of a supportive team that values innovation, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
