About the Role

This role is for a Senior Graphic Designer who will own the visual identity of a firm building the financial backbone for ambitious companies.
You will join a talent brand that must stand out in a crowded market to attract top accounting and finance professionals in the Philippines and the U.S. As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will define the visual identity, not just execute tasks. You will take a business goal and return a creative direction, producing static campaigns, motion pieces, employer branding assets, ads, decks, and social systems. You will set the rules for how the brand appears and ensure consistency across all shipped work.
This is a senior creative seat focused on brand ownership, not production design or request-taking. The ideal candidate is a brand owner: someone who develops concepts, builds systems, produces work, and raises the bar continuously.
