Payment & Ops — це зона, через яку проходять усі платежі Leaply: процесинг, підписки, чекаут. Зараз весь процесинг тримає один провайдер (Cards, Apple Pay, PayPal), і в перші місяці ваш фокус — будувати альтернативний процесинг поряд із ним:
- Інтегрувати оркестратор або білінг-провайдера: завести MID компанії, налаштувати платіжні методи по країнах. Провайдер обирається зараз, і ви будете брати участь у цьому виборі;
- Спроєктувати власний модуль підписок під живий трафік: стан, розклад ребілів, ретраї, кансели, адаптери під провайдерів, звірка стану з провайдером;
- Побудувати паралельні тести старої і нової інфраструктури: A/B на платіжних флоу по країнах і методах, поетапний перенос трафіку;
- Винести платіжний модуль з моноліту в окремий сервіс з окремою базою, зібрати платіжний дешборд, побудувати пайплайн платіжних даних у BigQuery та алерти на платіжних шляхах;
Стек:
NestJS (Node.js / TypeScript), PostgreSQL, GCP (GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions), BigQuery, React / Next.js для внутрішніх інтерфейсів.
Знання саме NestJS не обов'язкове.
Що для нас важливо:
- Backend на Node.js / TypeScript production-рівня, 5+ років комерційного досвіду;
- Досвід у платіжному домені — підписовий білінг, ребіли й ретраї, чарджбеки, інтеграція хоча б одного PSP (Stripe, Adyen, Braintree, Solid чи аналог);
- Досвід проєктування сервісу або модуля з нуля під живий трафік: моделі даних, ідемпотентність, черги, вебхуки, звірка стану;
- Досвід інтеграцій із зовнішніми API як із системою — ліміти, error handling, ретраї, моніторинг;
- Ownership: сам знаходиш ризики і приносиш рішення, формуєш беклог своєї зони разом із бізнес-частиною скводу;
- Говориш бізнес-мовою;
- Використовуєш AI у щоденній роботі — в коді, рев'ю, аналізі даних;
Однозначно буде плюсом:
- Досвід з оркестраторами платежів (Primer, Spreedly чи аналог) або виносом модуля з моноліту в окремий сервіс;
- Досвід роботи з BigQuery і пайплайнами даних, досвід роботи з Airtable зсередини;
- Досвід роботи з GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, Argo CD;
- Досвід роботи з React / Next.js для внутрішніх інтерфейсів (10–20% часу).
