We're looking for a Senior Accountant. You'll be someone who brings solid technical knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional financial services to our clients. Working closely with our directors, you'll play a pivotal part in enhancing the value we bring to every client interaction.

• Efficiently managing compliance work preparation, meeting deadlines even when they conflict
• Coordinate and oversee multiple tasks to ensure a seamless workflow
• Contribute to capturing financial information that empowers clients to make life-changing decisions
• Prepare statutory and management accounts with precision and diligence
• Manage each accounting job from start to finish, ensuring thorough completion
• Handle ad-hoc client work and projects as they arise, showcasing your versatility

During onboarding, you'll receive training in software, professional development, client relations, and value addition. In your first few weeks, you'll get acquainted with our systems, meet the team virtually, and start working on client projects right away. Working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you need:

• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Solid understanding of UK practice accountancy or ability to gain them rapidly (it would be advisable to research them briefly before your application progresses)

Brownie points for:

• ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) or ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) certification
