We're an e-commerce business operating multiple Amazon brands in the US market - across toys, home goods, and seasonal products. With 40 team members spread across the globe, we manage the entire product lifecycle - from production and inventory to sales and marketing - across multiple marketplaces in 10 countries. Our reach is global, but our approach is hands-on and entrepreneurial.

What makes BEMS special? We're passionate about keeping things fresh - constantly changing designs, patterns, and products. We believe in balancing hard work with genuine fun. Our culture is built on Christian and family values, with short decision paths, direct access to our co-CEOs, and real ownership from day one. We're highly international, extremely helpful and friendly, and we work in an AI-first way with modern tooling used aggressively.

We're looking for a Senior Logistics & Fulfillment Project Manager. You'll own the day-to-day execution of our 3PL network and marketplace expansion across the EU and US, ensuring inventory flows smoothly and every fulfillment partner delivers to standard. We need someone who can turn marketplace requirements into operational reality while building the infrastructure that scales.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the 3PL network in the EU and the US - act as the operational point of contact for fulfillment partners in Germany and the United States (five warehouses), and - as they onboard - France and the Netherlands
  • Run weekly performance reviews with all partners and escalate structurally where KPIs are missed
  • Ensure inventory availability everywhere - monitor stock levels across all warehouses on both continents and prevent out-of-stocks on any marketplace
  • Coordinate replenishment and inter-warehouse transfers with the procurement and supply chain team
  • Drive Seller Fulfilled Prime readiness - track and improve on-time delivery rate, valid tracking rate, on-time handoff, and cancellation rate for SFP in the EU and the US
  • Hold carriers accountable - monitor parcel carrier performance, analyze root causes of delays, and work with 3PLs and carriers on corrective actions
  • Onboard new 3PL partners - support selection, contracting, and operational ramp-up from warehouse setup through first-shipment go-live
  • Translate marketplace requirements into operations - map the fulfillment requirements of each marketplace (Amazon SFP, Otto, bol.com, Kaufland, Cdiscount) to the 3PL and carrier setup
  • Build reporting and transparency - create and maintain dashboards on fulfillment performance, delivery speed by region, and cost per shipment
  • Build for scale - document processes and establish the operational foundation that the incoming Senior Director of Logistics will scale with you

You'll work flexible hours with core overlap with CET business hours required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations - ideally on the seller/brand side
  • Hands-on experience working with third-party logistics providers - performance management, SLA negotiation, escalation handling
  • Solid understanding of parcel carrier operations and KPIs (pickup, linehaul, last mile, tracking events)
  • Strong analytical skills - comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and operational data every day
  • Structured, self-directed working style and able to run projects independently in a remote setup
  • Fluent business English (written and spoken)

Brownie points for:

  • Direct experience setting up or operating Seller Fulfilled Prime (EU or US) or comparable marketplace delivery programs (Otto Lieferversprechen, bol.com Perfect Order)
  • Experience launching fulfillment operations in new countries or onboarding new 3PL partners from scratch
  • Familiarity with multi-channel/multi-marketplace fulfillment and tools such as ChannelEngine or comparable middleware
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central shipping settings, Buy Shipping, and shipping templates
  • German language skills

The ideal candidate is structured and detail-oriented, but also entrepreneurial enough to build systems from scratch. Self-direction is critical in this remote role - we need someone who spots problems before they escalate and doesn't wait to be told what needs fixing. Strong analytical thinking combined with operational pragmatism will serve you well. Most importantly, you thrive on ownership and find satisfaction in seeing every warehouse humming and every marketplace meeting its SLAs.

Benefits

  • $3,500-4,000 per month
  • Full-time
  • Fully remote
  • Flexible hours with core overlap with CET business hours required
  • A genuinely entrepreneurial environment with short decision paths and direct access to the co-CEOs
  • A clearly defined growth path - you build the operational backbone now and grow into a key execution role alongside the Senior Director of Logistics
  • An AI-first way of working with modern tooling used aggressively
  • Best team ever - highly international and extremely helpful and friendly
  • Christian and family values are everyday drivers for us - you are part of something bigger

*Competitive compensation based on experience and location

*Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence. We kindly ask you to apply only if you are happy to work remotely as an independent contractor.
