The opportunity

As a School Partnerships Senior Account Executive, you will own the full sales journey with new schools across Victoria, from first conversation through to long-term partnership. You’ll be the school’s first point of contact with Atomi and the commercial lead on bringing them on board.

A key part of your role will be introducing Atomi to principals and heads of curriculum, understanding what their classrooms need most, and shaping solutions that lift teaching and learning. Victoria has strong momentum and plenty of untapped opportunities, and you’ll focus on a warm, growing market with steady leads and lots of on-site engagement, spending two to three days a week visiting schools, mostly in and around Melbourne.

What you'll do

  • Build and manage relationships with schools across Victoria, connecting with principals and heads of curriculum
  • Understand school needs and match them with the right Atomi solutions
  • Run engaging, insightful product demos, both virtual and on-site
  • Manage the full sales journey from first contact to partnership, guiding pricing conversations and negotiating with confidence
  • Keep accurate notes in HubSpot to forecast and manage your pipeline
  • Work closely with the School Success team to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption
  • Track and report on engagement trends and customer feedback
  • Create a positive, professional experience for every school you work with

What you'll bring

  • Proven success in a full-cycle sales role, ideally in edtech or education, or previous experience in education (for example, as a teacher or in school administration)
  • Experience working with schools or a deep understanding of teaching and learning
  • A strategic sales mindset with a focus on long-term relationships
  • Clear and confident communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable managing a busy pipeline and ambitious targets
  • A collaborative approach, openness to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar sales tools is preferred
  • Based in Victoria, with a current driver’s licence and able to travel to schools as needed
  • A valid Working With Children Check

Operating as a video-first, curriculum-aligned academic hub, the company eliminates the operational friction of traditional, legacy classroom-delivery models—which frequently suffer from teacher burnout, fragmented curriculum coverage, and lack of personalized student-support—by seamlessly deploying advanced bite-sized video telemetry, rigorous AI-driven active-recall quiz architectures, and cohesive classroom-integration frameworks.
